KG Time Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to KG Time. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kg time platform, including the website at kg-time.one, the kg time mobile app, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any part of the kg time platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KG Time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kg time platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

2 Eligibility

To register and use kg time, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a KG Time employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the kg time platform.

KG Time reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage players will be closed and deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kg time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering your kg time account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings or contact kg time support.

• Your kg time account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• KG Time will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact kg time support immediately.

KG Time reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard process and is required for all players before their first withdrawal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

KG Time supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by kg time on standard transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on kg time is ৳50.
• Deposits are credited to your kg time account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.
• KG Time does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• If a deposit is made from an unrecognised or third-party source, kg time reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals on kg time are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Your kg time account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the kg time FAQ section.
• KG Time reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

KG Time offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses on kg time are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your kg time account balance. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Welcome bonuses on kg time are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• KG Time reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If kg time determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your kg time account automatically.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the kg time platform — including Dice, Swimming, Fortune Ox, Fishing Yi Lu Fa, Panda Dragon Boat, Double Exposure Blackjack, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game. These individual rules operate alongside these Terms.

• Game outcomes on kg time are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results are not influenced by kg time or any third party.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, kg time will resolve the situation in accordance with the game provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your account.
• KG Time reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. KG Time is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on kg time. These limits are displayed within each game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg time platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud kg time or other players, including chargebacks, false payment claims, or identity fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on kg time.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the kg time platform.
• Money laundering: Using kg time to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account on kg time for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing kg time staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

KG Time reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming provisions.

If your kg time account is suspended due to a suspected rule violation, you will be notified by email. You may appeal the decision by contacting kg time support with relevant information. KG Time will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you.

If you wish to close your kg time account voluntarily, contact support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus funds are not returned on voluntary account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KG Time's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• KG Time is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the kg time platform.
• KG Time is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside our reasonable control.
